Yes. Nicely Neon is published on Open VSX, the extension registry used by Cursor. Install it from the Extensions panel, then select Nicely Neon from Preferences: Color Theme.
How do I install it in JetBrains IDEs?
Download the Nicely-Neon-JetBrains.jar plugin for JetBrains IDEs 2025.3+. Open Settings/Preferences → Plugins → gear menu → Install Plugin from Disk, select the JAR, and restart. Then choose Nicely Neon or Nicely Neon Islands under Appearance & Behavior → Appearance.
How do I install it in macOS Terminal?
Download Nicely-Neon.terminal, open Terminal → Settings → Profiles, and drag the file into the profiles list. Select Nicely Neon and click Default to use it for new default windows.
